Account & Login

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Can I change my email address?
If you registered with email and password, you can update your email in your profile settings. However, if you signed in using Google, Microsoft, or Apple (OAuth), your email is linked to that account and cannot be changed within CVApplyr.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account Settings in the app and use the "Delete Account" option. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

Credits & Billing

How much does each cover letter cost?
Each cover letter generation costs 1 credit. Check our pricing page for credit packages.
Do credits expire?
Credits do not expire as long as your account is active. Free trial credits are forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for details.

Technical Issues

Why isn't my cover letter generating?
Make sure your profile is complete — this includes uploading your resume, profile picture, and signature. Also check your internet connection and ensure you have sufficient credits. If the problem persists, contact support@cvapplyr.com.
How do I upload my resume?
Go to your profile settings and click "Upload Resume" to select a PDF file from your device.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), secure password hashing, and OAuth token encryption. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
